Role Description The Video Producer role at Resin Rockers is a full-time, on-site, hybrid position based in Milford, OH, focusing mainly on video and photography, but also wearing other hats in marketing. This role is responsible for planning, filming, and producing video content that showcases resin products, tutorials, and brand storytelling across digital channels, as well as helping with product photography, innovation, new product listings and creatives for social media. Day-to-day tasks include bringing fresh, trending ideas to the table for content, coordinating shoot schedules, setting up cameras and lighting, capturing high-quality footage, and collaborating with team members on concepts and scripts. It would include running live streaming events and editing class videos, and developing engaging content to grow our social media channels. This role will edit and refine video content, and manage post-production workflows to ensure polished, on-brand deliverables. The role also involves organizing media assets, maintaining equipment, and consistently meeting deadlines to support marketing campaigns, social media content, and instructional resources.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Video Production, including planning, filming, and coordinating on-site shoots.
- Proficiency in Video Editing and Video Post-Production, with the ability to deliver polished, final content.
- Ability to generate engaging and creative product listing descriptions.
- Experience posting on all social media channels, and ability to increase engagement and growth.
- Knowledge of industry-standard video editing and motion graphics software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or comparable tools).
- Ability to translate creative concepts into clear visual narratives and instructional content.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in managing timelines, assets, and equipment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment.
- Product photography experience and ability.
- Shopify, Klayvio, and Meta experience a plus.
- Proficient in AI.
- Relevant experience in product-focused, tutorial, or craft-related video production; portfolio or reel demonstrating previous work is highly beneficial.
