Exciting Opportunity for an Manager in a Striving Dental Offices in Holyoke , Springfield and Northampton MA!

Our dental group is seeking a reliable and compassionate Dental Office Manager. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Dental office management within a dental setting, demonstrating excellent organizational and leadership skills. This role is essential in ensuring that our clinic runs smoothly, providing high-quality patient care while managing administrative tasks.

Prior experience as Dental office manager is required.

We specialize in superior patient care and are dedicated to changing our patients' lives by helping them achieve overall health and happiness with their smiles.

Schedule:

Full-Time
Monday - Friday: 8:30 AM - 5 PM.

Duties for Our Dental Office Manager Include:

CANDIDATE WILL BE STARTED AS MANAGER TO ONE LOCATION AND WILL BE ASSIGNED MORE LOCATIONS BASED ON PERFORMANCE IN MANAGING SINGLE LOCATION .

Managing the day-to-day operations of the dental office, ensuring a welcoming and efficient environment for patients and staff.
Supervise administrative staff, providing training and support to enhance their performance.
Oversee patient scheduling, appointment confirmations, and follow-ups to optimize clinic workflow.
Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with privacy regulations.
Manage financial aspects of the practice, including billing & collections.
Implement and maintain office systems for improved efficiency.
Collaborate with the associate dentists to ensure high standards of patient care are met.
Utilize software systems such as Dentrix for managing patient information and office operations.
Address patient inquiries and concerns promptly to enhance overall patient satisfaction.

Requirements:

Proven experience in office management within a dental environment IS A MUST
Strong understanding of dental terminology and billing management principles.
Proficiency in utilizing Dentrix and Dentrix Ascend.
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail & the ability to multitask effectively.
Strong communication skills, with a focus on customer service.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment while also demonstrating leadership capabilities.
Knowledge of clinic operations and utilization management practices is a plus.
