Full Job Description

Description:

As an Account Executive, you will be at the forefront of our business development efforts, responsible for acquiring new clients and expanding relationships with existing ones. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, sales acumen, and a deep understanding of IT solutions. You will play a pivotal role in driving revenue, strategic growth, identifying opportunities for business expansion, and ensuring client satisfaction through effective communication and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Business Development:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the client base and achieve sales targets.
Build a robust sales pipeline through prospecting, lead generation, and networking.

2.Client Acquisition:

Engage with potential clients to understand their IT needs and challenges.
Present and demonstrate IT solutions and services to prospective clients.
Lead the sales process from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure.

3.Relationship Management:

Cultivate strong relationships with existing clients to understand their evolving IT requirements.
Collaborate with clients to develop tailored solutions which address their business goals.
Work closely with Account Manager and Solutions Engineer to ensure clients’ needs are met.
Ensure client satisfaction and act as a trusted advisor for IT-related matters.
Advocate for clients internally, ensuring their needs and expectations are understood and met.

4.Sales Strategy and Forecasting:

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and potential risks.
Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to the management team.

5. Cross-functional Collaboration:

Work closely with internal technical teams, project managers, and support staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
Collaborate with marketing and Client Experience teams to develop compelling collateral and participate in promotional activities.
Coordinate with Account Managers, Solutions Engineers and Project teams to transition clients smoothly post-sale.

Requirements:

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Proven experience in IT sales or business development.
In-depth knowledge of IT solutions, services, and industry trends.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and expectations.
