Pay: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year

Job description:

Our Leadership Development company is within an Insurance Brokerage firm.

We offer non-captive and day-one vested contracts.

Our proven system, subsidized leads, and hands-on training ensure success.

We are seeking professional salespeople in search of more than just a job. Sales and Leadership experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right people.

Must have or be willing to obtain and maintain a State Life Insurance License.

This is a commission-only sales position. An average first-year agent makes between 75K and 95K. We use a proprietary sales system to work warm leads in a time-tested and proven model. This offers unlimited growth and income!

Requirements for Life Agents

Reliable personal Transportation
Minimum of 1 year outside sales experience (preferred)
Willing to be trained in our proven system for success
Home-based position with frequent in-person client visits
Work full-time
Must have or be willing to obtain and maintain a Life Insurance License
Once licensed, be on a 30-minute conference call five days a week
