Full Job Description

Long Lewis of Florence is seeking a detail-oriented, dependable, and highly organized individual to join our team as a Sales Consultant Assistant. In this role, you will provide valuable support to our Sales Consultants, helping keep the sales process running smoothly by assisting with administrative tasks, customer follow-up, vehicle preparation, and day-to-day dealership operations.

While previous customer service or sales experience is preferred, we welcome candidates from a variety of backgrounds. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a positive attitude are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to Sales Consultants throughout the sales process.
Assist with customer follow-up, appointment confirmations, and general communication.
Prepare and organize sales paperwork and customer documentation.
Help coordinate vehicle deliveries, ensuring vehicles are clean, fueled, and ready for customers.
Maintain accurate records and perform data entry as needed.
Coordinate with the Sales, Service, and Detail Departments to support a seamless customer experience.
Assist with merchandising vehicles and maintaining the appearance of the showroom and lot.
Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Dependable, proactive, and eager to support a team.
Basic computer skills and willingness to learn dealership software.
Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
Previous customer service or sales experience is a plus, but not required.
