Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and organized Office Assistant to join our family team! This vital role involves providing exceptional administrative support, managing daily office operations, and ensuring a smooth workflow across the bodyshop. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills to foster a productive and welcoming environment. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your office management expertise while supporting our team’s success.

Responsibilities

Greet visitors and clients with professionalism and courtesy at the front desk, ensuring a positive first impression.
Handle phone systems efficiently, directing calls accurately and providing excellent customer service.
Manage appointment scheduling and calendar coordination.
Perform data entry tasks.
Assist with billing and invoicing.
Organize files, maintain office supplies inventory, and ensure the workspace remains tidy and functional.

Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) along with strong computer literacy skills.
Experience with data entry and clerical tasks.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Demonstrated customer service skills with a professional phone etiquette approach.
Previous office experience or personal assistant background is highly desirable for success in this role however willing to train!!
