Job Overview

Are you a numbers expert with a passion for the fast-paced automotive world?

Do you thrive on turning data into strategy and keeping financial operations running like a well-tuned engine? If so, we want YOU on our team!

We’re looking for a dynamic detail-oriented Automotive Controller with hands-on experience using CDK to lead the financial operations within our luxury automotive division and optimize our financial performance. This is more than a back-office role—you’ll be a key player in driving profitability, ensuring compliance, and supporting leadership with actionable insights.

Responsibilities

Oversee all dealership accounting operations, including month-end close, financial reporting, and reconciliations
Utilize CDK to manage financial data, streamline workflows, and ensure accuracy
Analyze financial statements and provide strategic recommendations to leadership
Maintain compliance with company policies and industry regulations
Lead and mentor the accounting team to foster growth and efficiency
Partner with department managers to improve budgeting and forecasting

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience as an Automotive Controller (or similar role in a dealership environment)
Strong working knowledge of CDK (or similar dealership management systems)
Deep understanding of dealership accounting practices
Exceptional analytical, organizational, and leadership skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
