Remote Insurance Sales Representative

The Butler Agency is seeking motivated, coachable, and people-driven individuals to join our growing team as Remote Phone Sales Representatives.

This is a fully remote opportunity where you'll work directly with clients to help them understand coverage solutions tailored to their needs.

This is a 1099 Independent Contractor position with performance-based commission compensation.

What You'll Do

Conduct phone-based consultations with prospective clients
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate coverage solutions
Follow a structured sales process to guide clients through applications
Build trust and long-term relationships with clients
Manage and follow up with leads to maximize conversions

What We're Looking For

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
Comfortable speaking with clients over the phone
Coachable and open to learning proven sales systems
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Previous phone sales, insurance, or customer service experience is a plus (not required)

Licensing Requirements

Licensed insurance agents are strongly encouraged to apply
Unlicensed candidates are welcome to apply
Willingness to obtain the required insurance license is expected for candidates who are not currently licensed
Training, mentorship, and licensing support are available for motivated individuals committed to building a career in the insurance industry
