Site Manager – Clinical Research (Neuroscience & Psychedelics)

Full-Time Leadership Opportunity

Lead the Future of Neuroscience & Psychedelic Research

We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Site Manager to lead operations across our West Broward clinical research sites. This is a unique opportunity to play a critical role in advancing groundbreaking neuroscience and psychedelic research while building and scaling high-performing clinical trial operations.

This position combines strategic site leadership with hands-on study project management, making it ideal for an experienced research professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about operational excellence, team development, and innovation.

As a key leader, you will help stabilize, optimize, and expand site performance while contributing to the development of future program leadership structures.

What You'll DoSite Leadership & Operations

Lead day-to-day operations across clinical research sites
Drive team performance, accountability, and operational excellence
Foster a collaborative, patient-focused research environment
Identify opportunities to improve workflows, systems, and site efficiency

Clinical Trial Execution

Oversee recruitment, screening, enrollment, and participant retention efforts
Ensure studies are conducted in compliance with GCP, FDA regulations, sponsor requirements, and study protocols
Serve as the primary point of contact for sponsors, CROs, and external vendors
Manage study timelines, milestones, deliverables, and issue resolution

Team Development

Train, mentor, and support research staff
Conduct performance evaluations and manage staffing needs
Build a culture of accountability, growth, and continuous improvement

Performance & Business Management

Monitor key performance indicators including:
Enrollment and randomization rates
Retention and follow-up completion
Data quality and regulatory compliance
Recruitment funnel performance
Site profitability and operational metrics
Maintain CTMS accuracy and data-entry compliance
Collaborate closely with HR, Recruitment, Finance, and Marketing teams

What Success Looks LikeFirst 90 Days

✔ Stabilize site operations and strengthen recruitment efforts
✔ Assess team performance and implement accountability measures
✔ Ensure regulatory and protocol compliance across studies

90–180 Days

✔ Increase enrollment and improve operational efficiency
✔ Identify and eliminate process bottlenecks
✔ Help define future program leadership structures

Beyond 180 Days

✔ Support hiring and onboarding of additional program leaders
✔ Maintain operational excellence during organizational growth
✔ Assist in building standalone neuroscience and psychedelic research verticals

QualificationsRequired

5+ years of clinical research experience
3+ years of leadership, management, or supervisory experience
Strong knowledge of GCP, FDA regulations, and clinical trial operations
Proven ability to manage multiple studies, priorities, and stakeholders simultaneously

Preferred

Experience in CNS, neuroscience, psychiatry, or related therapeutic areas
CCRC or CCRP certification
Experience working with sponsors, CROs, and multidisciplinary research teams
