Full Job Description

The Nancy Batchelor Team is seeking a highly creative and organized Marketing & Creative Coordinator to join our luxury real estate team in Miami Beach.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in graphic design, digital marketing, and social media, along with a sharp understanding of luxury branding and presentation. We are looking for someone who can combine creativity with organization, execute at a high level in a fast-paced environment, and consistently contribute fresh ideas across both print and digital platforms.

With more than 26 years of experience representing South Florida’s premier properties, our team is known for elevated marketing, attention to detail, and a concierge-level client experience. The Marketing & Creative Coordinator will play an important role in shaping how our brand and listings are presented across all channels while helping oversee listing marketing initiatives from concept through execution.

Responsibilities: Manage and oversee listing marketing across digital, print, advertising, social media, and branded marketing assets for the team Design brochures, flyers, print ads, digital campaigns, presentations, and other marketing materials Maintain strong graphic design and layout standards across all materials and platforms Coordinate listing marketing timelines, project deadlines, and vendor communication Serve as a main point of contact for photographers, videographers, printers, publications, signage companies, and other external vendors Collaborate with the Compass marketing department on larger marketing initiatives and projects Coordinate photography, videography, sign installation/removal, and the organization and editing of listing assets Write and edit marketing copy, captions, email campaigns, and property descriptions Input, edit, and maintain MLS listings, website updates, and digital presentation materials Submit print and digital advertising materials for publication and coordinate internal approvals Track listing marketing budgets, expenses, and invoices Maintain regular communication with sellers regarding marketing activity and updates Coordinate open houses and prepare related marketing materials for showings and events Prepare and distribute weekly/monthly seller reports Organize and maintain listing and transaction files through internal systems and tracking platforms Assist with branding initiatives, client events, and public relations efforts Real estate marketing experience is a plus

Qualifications:This is a diverse and fast-paced position that requires creativity, organization, adaptability, and attention to detail. The ideal candidate is proactive, solutions-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of presentation and professionalism.

Key Software Proficiency: Adobe InDesign Adobe Creative Suite preferred Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) Social media platforms and digital marketing tools
