Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for property management and a knack for building strong relationships? We’re seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Regional Property Manager to oversee multiple residential communities, ensuring they operate smoothly, efficiently, and in full compliance with all regulations. This pivotal role involves managing property teams, optimizing leasing performance, maintaining high resident satisfaction, and ensuring properties meet financial and operational goals. <Duties>

Lead and support property management teams across multiple locations, fostering a collaborative and motivated work environment
Oversee leasing activities, including property tours, tenant screening, lease negotiations, and upselling opportunities to maximize occupancy rates
Ensure all properties comply with Fair Housing regulations, Section 8 guidelines, Landlord-Tenant laws, and LIHTC (Low-Income Housing Tax Credit) requirements
Manage property maintenance schedules, coordinate repairs, and oversee facilities management using systems like Yardi or OneSite for data entry and reporting
Administer legal administrative processes related to leasing contracts, eviction procedures, and dispute resolution while maintaining meticulous filing and record-keeping
Conduct regular property inspections to ensure safety standards are met and facilities are well-maintained
Develop budgets, monitor financial performance, and prepare reports to senior management on operational metrics
Handle conflict management with residents or vendors professionally while maintaining excellent customer service standards
Foster positive relationships with residents through exceptional customer service and effective communication via phone etiquette and CRM tools

<Skills>

Proven experience in property management with a focus on residential communities; real estate administrative experience is highly valued
Strong knowledge of LIHTC programs, Section 8 housing policies, Fair Housing regulations, and landlord-tenant law
Proficiency in property management software such as Yardi, OneSite, or similar platforms like CMMS for facilities management
Excellent negotiation skills for lease agreements and vendor contracts; adept at upselling amenities or services to residents
Effective conflict management abilities coupled with professional office experience and strong phone etiquette
Familiarity with legal administrative processes related to leasing, evictions, and compliance documentation
Ability to manage multiple properties simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail in data entry, filing, and reporting tasks
Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building long-term resident relationships
Strong organizational skills including filing systems, data management, and administrative experience in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of facilities management practices to ensure properties are safe, functional, and appealing
