Job Description:
We’re looking for a cheerful, organized, and compassionate individual to be the welcoming face of our practice. As our Dental Front Desk Receptionist, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our patients feel cared for from the moment they walk through our doors. If you love connecting with people and keeping things running smoothly, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities:

Greet patients with a warm smile and assist with check-in and check-out.
Schedule appointments and keep our office calendar running like clockwork.
Answer phone calls and respond to patient questions with kindness and clarity.
Verify insurance, process payments, and keep patient records accurate and up-to-date.
Work closely with our dental team to ensure a seamless and joyful patient experience.
Keep our front desk area tidy, inviting, and organized.
Help with administrative tasks like filing, data entry, and friendly correspondence.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; extra training in office administration or dental assisting is a bonus!
1+ years of experience in a dental or medical front desk role is preferred but not required—we love eager learners!
Familiarity with dental software Dentrix is a plus.
Strong organizational skills and a knack for juggling multiple tasks with a smile.
A warm, professional attitude with excellent communication skills.
A team player who values patient confidentiality and care.
