Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Wedding Planner to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and executing unforgettable wedding experiences, ensuring that every detail aligns with the couple's vision. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, a strong customer service orientation, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, preferences, and budget for their wedding day.
Develop comprehensive wedding plans, including timelines, vendor selections, and event layouts.
Coordinate logistics with various vendors.
Manage event marketing initiatives to promote wedding services and attract potential clients.
Oversee the execution of events on the wedding day, ensuring everything runs smoothly and according to plan.
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the planning process and on the event day.
Assist clients with budgeting and financial management related to their wedding expenses.
Utilize upselling techniques to enhance client experiences and maximize service offerings.
Conduct follow-up meetings with clients post-event to gather feedback and build long-term relationships.

Qualifications

Proven experience in events management or a related field is preferred.
Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail and aesthetics.
Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele.
Familiarity with hotel operations, catering services, and banquet management is a plus.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends as required by event schedules.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and conflict resolution during events.
