Total Annual Compensation: 350 K plus bonus

Job Summary: We are seeking a board-certified ID Physician to serve as a clinical consultant providing care for residents in affiliated post-acute care facilities. This is a Full-time position with administrative support, and the opportunity to help lead care delivery across multiple facilities. The consultant will serve as a clinical leader, providing expert oversight, mentorship, and collaborative support to our Nurse Practitioner (NP) and Physician Assistant (PA) providers while helping ensure high-quality, patient-centered care.

Responsibilities:

Conduct patient rounds, collaborating with NPs and PAs to assess and manage resident care
Diagnose and treat patients with acute illnesses while overseeing the management of ongoing medical conditions
Discuss treatment plans, prognosis, and advance care planning with residents and their families
Maintain accurate medical records and ensure adherence to healthcare regulations
Support continuity and coordination of patient care across healthcare settings

Requirements:

MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
Board Certified or Board Eligible in ID
Active, unrestricted medical license in the state of practice and willing to apply for multi-state licenses
Build strong collaborative relationships with NPs /PAs, facility staff, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to enhance patient outcomes.
Ability to provide telemedicine services and occasional on-site coverage, as needed
DEA
Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills
Ability to work independently in the clinical environment
