Salary Range: $95,000 – $110,000 per year (commensurate with experience)

Job Description

We are seeking a Manager for the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) to lead day-to-day operations of our 42-bed ICU/CVICU. This full-time leadership role supports mixed shifts and offers the opportunity to lead a high-performing multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced trauma and critical care environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead ICU operations, staffing, and scheduling to ensure exceptional patient care
Partner with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to implement best practices
Ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards
Manage admissions, discharges, and patient throughput
Foster a positive team culture through coaching, mentorship, and engagement
Oversee departmental budget, supply use, and identify cost-saving strategies
Ensure ongoing training and performance development for nursing staff

Qualifications

3+ years of acute care leadership experience in critical care (as RN Charge, Supervisor, or Manager – relief charge not accepted)
Associate Degree in Nursing required; BSN preferred
Florida RN license required
BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA) required upon hire
