Job Summary
Join our vibrant team as a Server and become the heart of an exceptional dining experience! In this lively role, you will deliver outstanding guest service, ensuring every visitor feels welcomed, valued, and satisfied. Your energetic presence and attention to detail will create memorable moments for guests while efficiently managing multiple tables in a fast-paced environment. Whether guiding guests through menu selections or upselling specialty dishes and beverages, your enthusiasm will elevate the dining experience to new heights. This position offers a dynamic opportunity to showcase your hospitality skills and culinary knowledge in a refined yet lively setting.

Duties

Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing attentive and personalized service throughout their visit
Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery
Assist guests with menu selections, including wine pairings and specialty items, leveraging upselling techniques to enhance sales
Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of food safety, sanitation, and presentation
Manage guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring overall satisfaction
Clear tables, bus tables as needed, and maintain cleanliness in dining areas to uphold sanitation standards
Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities using POS systems like OpenTable or similar platforms

Qualifications

Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings
Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms; experience with OpenTable is a plus
Strong knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally
Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Culinary experience or kitchen background is advantageous but not mandatory
Basic math skills for cash handling, billing accuracy, and inventory management
Previous host/host or serving experience preferred; familiarity with upselling techniques enhances success in this role
Strong communication skills and a positive attitude that fosters guest loyalty and team collaboration
