Capital Title and Escrow, LLC is seeking a Real Estate Closer to join our thriving company

We are seeking a Real Estate Escrow Title Closer to join our thriving title company. At Capital Title and Escrow, LLC, our work culture is a top priority, and we strive to create an atmosphere where each team member is respected, valued, and a part of the family. Our ideal candidate will have experience working in a title company, is a self-starter, extremely organized, detail-oriented, and has a positive outlook. Knowledge of Qualia is a plus.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:

Prepare, conduct, and finalize real estate closings.
Balance CD's and HUDs
Prepare closing Docs
Scheduling Closings, updating clients on files
Responding to emails and phone calls, ordering title updates
Obtaining funding approvals
Ordering updates, ensure recordings are completed
Handling post closing corrections
Communicate with clients and real estate agents clearly and effectively.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

Highly responsible, self-disciplined, and ethical work habits.
Detail oriented with strong time management skills.
Excellent communication skills.
Flexibility and the ability to handle high pressure, deadline driven duties.
Ability to function in a highly motivated, team-driven environment.
Competent in written and spoken English.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
Experience in Qualia is highly preferred.
Notary Public required.
