Licensed Health Agent, Medicare Sales (New to Medicare Welcome)

Position: Licensed Medicare Sales Agent

Location: Boca Raton, FL

Type: Full-Time, On-Site

Pay: $18/hr Base + Uncapped Commission | Inbound Leads Only

Just got your 2-15 or 2-40? No Medicare experience yet? This is the role that pays you to learn.

We are hiring licensed health agents in Boca Raton for a Medicare Advantage sales floor that runs on inbound calls only. Every person you talk to already raised their hand asking for help with their coverage. You are not dialing lists, not buying leads, and not prospecting. You are guiding people who called in.

This role is built for newly licensed agents. If you just passed your state exam and do not have a single Medicare call under your belt, you are exactly who the client wants to talk to. They will train you on Medicare Advantage plans, carriers, compliance, and the full enrollment process from scratch. You bring the license and the work ethic. They build you into a closer.

If you are an experienced Medicare agent, you are welcome here too. You just need to be fully released from any prior carrier or agency appointments and cleared to write business before your start date.

What You'll Earn

Base pay: $18.00/hour, guaranteed, paid whether you close or not.

Realistic weekly earnings: $1,200 to $2,400+ depending on production.

Tiered commission that pays more per deal as your volume climbs:

10 to 13 deals: $40 per deal

14 to 17 deals: $50 per deal

18 to 21 deals: $60 per deal

22 or more deals: $70 per deal

Weekly bonuses and floor incentives on top of commission.

New agents: your base protects your income while you ramp. Your commission grows as your deal count climbs. You are not starting from zero, you are starting with a floor.

The Schedule

Monday through Friday, 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM. No nights, no weekends, no rotating shifts.

What You'll Do

Take inbound calls from Medicare beneficiaries shopping for coverage.
Explain Medicare Advantage plans and benefits in plain language people actually understand.
Run needs-based consultations and enroll the ones who qualify.
Stay fully compliant with CMS and carrier guidelines on every call.
Keep clean, accurate notes and records on every client.

What You Need

Active Florida health insurance license (2-15 or 2-40) required.
AHIP certification required, or willingness to complete it before your start date.
Reliable, coachable, and comfortable on the phone for a full shift.
Attention to detail and a compliance-first habit.
Medicare experience is a plus, not a requirement, newly licensed agents with no Medicare background are actively encouraged to apply.
If you have sold Medicare recently: full release from prior appointments and clearance to write new business required.
