NOW HIRING: Notary Services Assistant/ Notary Public (Commission-Based -1099, contracted)| Part-Time/Full-Time (URGENTLY HIRING, CLASSES START JUNE 8th, 2026)

We are expanding our notary services business and are looking for a dedicated assistant to help build and maintain strong client relationships while supporting daily operations & also Notaryizing when needed. This is a commission-based position ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, meeting new people, and contributing directly to business growth.
This role starts as part-time/ full-time with a flexible schedule, making it perfect for retirees, or anyone seeking supplemental income.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective clients and follow up with leads
Distribute business cards and promote services within the community
Build and maintain professional relationships with clients
Assist in identifying new business opportunities and partnerships
Represent the business in a professional and positive manner
Support general business development and outreach efforts
Meeting Weekly Sales Quota
What We’re Looking For:
Self-starter with a strong work ethic and professional attitude
Strong communication skills (in-person and over the phone)
Tech-savvy and comfortable using Microsoft programs such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
Organized, dependable, and goal-oriented
Background in business, customer service, & sales preferred
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Requirements:
Certified Notary Public ( Must show proof of certificate, YOU MUST HAVE THIS TO WORK HERE)
Must be 18+
Must be able to pay for and pass a background check ( 1099, contracted, we use Checkr )
Reliable transportation ( We are a mobile notary service )
Legally able to work in the U.S.A (Must be able to show proof of U.S citizenship or permanent residence status)
Must Speak Fluent English ( bilingual is a plus, but not a requirement)
