Position Overview

We are searching for a Financial Navigator to join our team as a Virtual Revenue Advocate. In this part-time role, you will delve into the world of inside sales, managing and expanding a portfolio of existing customer accounts. Through your efforts, you'll foster client relationships, drive revenue growth, and ensure customer satisfaction, all while working remotely.

Your Responsibilities

Nurture and retain existing customer accounts; manage renewals and expansion opportunities.
Engage customers virtually through phone calls, emails, and online meetings to address their financial needs.
Use your creativity to cross-sell and upsell, turning customer interactions into long-term partnerships.
Own forecasting, report on key metrics, and enhance revenue predictability.
Maintain meticulous CRM data to ensure operational efficiency and seamless customer experiences.
