Job Title: Project Manager – Luxury Pools & Outdoor Living

The Opportunity
We are a premier, design-focused hardscape and pool contractor specializing in high-end, creative outdoor transformations. Our projects include everything from custom gunite pools and spas to outdoor kitchens, pergolas, LED lighting, custom water/fire features and sports areas.
We are currently experiencing rapid growth/demand with our services and need a "turnkey" On-Site Project Manager to lead our crews to consistent excellence. The Role
You will be the heartbeat of our job sites. You aren’t just a supervisor; you are a hands-on coordinator who ensures every stone is level and every client is completely satisfied with their EPIC completed project.
Key Responsibilities:
- Daily Management: Oversee all active job sites, managing subcontractors and in-house teams.
- Logistics: Coordinate all deliveries of materials, supplies, and equipment to ensure zero downtime – complete accountability with the entire team.
- Asset Oversight: Maintain and track all company equipment and tools.
- Client Relations: Serve as the primary on-site contact for clients, providing progress updates and solving problems in real time. Our expectation is immediate communication (we answer our phone/text/emails promptly – this is HUGE).
- Cleanliness & Organization: Maintain a "white glove" job site—organized, safe, and professional always.
- Project Tracking: Take daily progress photos for OneDrive and update task schedules in JobTread.
- Assist with Permits: Work with our permit expediter to help provide correct information to expedite the approval process.
- Communication: Send nightly updates to the team regarding the following day’s schedule.
- Problem Solve Immediately & Intelligently: If we have a problem, hit it head on, communicate w/ownership, collaborate and make the best decision for the client and our company.
- Mentorship: Be willing to teach and coach team members on-site to maintain our high standards.
- Build Rapport: With everyone, especially our clients and local municipalities to earn their trust by using common sense and respect.

What You Bring to the Team:
- Experience: Proven background in pool construction or hardscaping is required.
- Language: Bilingual (English & Spanish) is highly preferred to effectively manage subs and clients.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable learning/using JobTread software.
- Mindset: Extreme attention to detail. You strive for excellence, not just "good enough."
- Availability: Willingness to work Saturdays to ensure project timelines are met.
- Independence: Ability to work as a 1099 contractor and manage your own workflow.
