Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inhouse Pharmaceutical Sales Representative with management experience to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting our pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, building strong relationships, and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. This will be an inside sales position and will require a fulltime commitment in office.

Duties

Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and hospital staff.
Manage employees and outside marketing team.
Present and promote pharmaceutical products effectively to increase market share.
Conduct product demonstrations and provide detailed information on product benefits and usage.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and promotional materials.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and feedback.
Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and industry regulations.
Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients while ensuring compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

Proven experience in sales, preferably in pharmaceutical or medical sales.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Highly organized with strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
Ability to negotiate effectively and close sales deals.
Familiarity with technical sales processes is a plus.
Proficient in using office software and CRM tools for tracking sales activities.
A degree in life sciences or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
