You must reside within a 35-mile radius of the Progressive Claims office located at 501 North Cattleman Rd, Suite 110, Sarasota, FL 34232.

As a claims administrative support specialist, you’ll play a vital role supporting our claims branch offices. In addition to ensuring essential administrative functions run smoothly, you may also interact with customers and medical providers by phone or in person when applicable.

Must-have qualifications

High School diploma/GED equivalent or higher and a minimum of one year of administrative or clerical support experience
[OR] one year post-secondary education

Preferred skills

Proficiency using office equipment
Proven organizational skills
Ability to multi-task and quickly switch duties
Communication skills with the ability to work in a team-environment
Customer service and follow-up skills

Location: Sarasota, FL. You must reside within a 35-mile radius of the Sarasota office located at 501 North Cattleman Rd, Suite 110, Sarasota, FL 34232.

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8am - 5pm. This is an in-office, customer-facing position.

Compensation

$19.61 - $20.96/hourly
Gainshare annual cash incentive payment up to 16% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
