Customer Service Representative

Full-Time · Hutto, TX OR Singer Island, Florida

About CTIconnect

CTIconnect is a growing company that depends on experienced sales professionals to service our customer properly. We are looking for a hands-on customer service representative/inside salesperson to help with our continued growth. Our approach to sales is a consultative one that requires much attention to detail and constant product knowledge improvement.

The Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you are the primary point of contact for our customers' day-to-day needs and a driving force behind the growth of our strategic accounts. You'll own the full lifecycle of quotes and orders, turn inquiries into sales, and partner closely with our Sales Executives and cross-functional teams to deliver a standout customer experience. This is a high-impact role for someone who is organized, relationship-driven, and energized by helping customers succeed.

What You'll DoCustomer Experience & Order Management

Serve as the primary interface for daily customer activity while contributing to the development of our strategic accounts.
Process quotes, orders, and a range of other pre- and post-sales requests accurately and on time.
Convert inquiries into orders, promoting the CTIconnect value proposition in every customer interaction.
Handle customer transactions and provide account management support.

Account & Database Management

Open customer accounts by recording account information in our CRM/ERP and assist with paperwork related to payment terms.
Maintain accurate customer records and manage the campaign pipeline across all sales initiatives.
Perform database maintenance to improve the efficiency of marketing programs and sales strategy.

Sales Support & Collaboration

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs end to end.
Support Account Managers by facilitating and managing the sourcing process.
Recommend potential products or services to management and Account Managers by gathering customer information and analyzing needs.
Provide coverage for Account Managers while they are out of office (PTO, trade shows, etc.).

Performance Expectations

Respond to all inquiries within 4 business hours of inquiry.
Resolve all issues within in an average of 24 hours.
Enter all quote and order requests within 24 hours.
Maintain accurate funnel for weekly review.
Maintain a less than 2% error rate on all quotes, and order entries.

What You Bring

5 + years of inside sales or CSR experience.
3 + years of NetSuite experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Demonstrated, superior customer service abilities and a talent for building relationships.
A genuine desire to collaborate and serve customers in a professional, friendly manner.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize using strong time-management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong soft skills for working with a range of colleagues and clients, and an active-listening mindset.

Nice to Have

Strong internet service provider product and market knowledge of our industry.
