Job Overview

Gulf Coast Brands LLC operates a portfolio of AI-powered SaaS products, digital media brands, and done-for-you marketing services used by thousands of small business owners, marketers, and agencies worldwide. Our flagship platform is an AI-driven SEO and search visibility tool with a growing customer base across more than 40 countries.

We're looking for a Client Success Specialist to own the customer experience end to end — from the moment someone signs up, through onboarding, support, and long-term retention. This isn't a role where you sit in a queue waiting for tickets to route to you. You'll be the voice of the company to our customers, the voice of the customer inside the company, and the person who spots the patterns nobody else has time to notice.

We're a small, fast-moving team. There are no layers of process to hide behind, which means your work is visible, your decisions matter, and you'll see the impact of what you do within days rather than quarters.

What You'll Do

Own the customer inbox and ticket queue across our products — respond quickly, resolve properly, and escalate the things that genuinely need it.
Onboard new customers onto our platforms: run walkthroughs, record short screen-share guides, and make sure people reach their first meaningful result fast.
Handle refund and cancellation requests with the goal of saving the relationship where it makes sense — understanding the real objection, solving it, and reporting back on what's causing it.
Coordinate delivery on our done-for-you service side: track orders from intake through fulfillment to confirmed delivery, and keep clients informed at every stage.
Spot upgrade and expansion opportunities from customer usage and conversations, and pass qualified ones to the right place.
Feed patterns back to the product and marketing teams — recurring bugs, points of confusion, feature requests, and the questions people ask before they buy.
Build and maintain our help center, FAQs, and canned response library so common issues get solved before they become tickets.
Track and report on the numbers that matter: first response time, resolution time, refund rate, retention, and customer satisfaction.

What We're Looking For

Experience in customer support, client success, or account management, ideally at a SaaS, e-commerce, or digital services company.
Outstanding written English. The majority of this role is written communication, and you'll be representing the brand in every message — clarity, warmth, and correct grammar are non-negotiable.
Confidence with helpdesk, ticketing, and client portal software (Intercom, Zendesk, Help Scout, Crisp, or similar), and the ability to pick up new tools quickly.
Working knowledge of SEO, digital marketing, or AI tools — or a genuine appetite to learn them properly and fast. You don't need to be an expert, but you do need to be curious.
Comfort with spreadsheets and the ability to pull insight out of customer data rather than just recording it.
Someone who takes ownership. If something's broken, you flag it and propose the fix rather than filing it away.
Comfortable working in a small team where priorities shift and the job description is a starting point, not a ceiling.

Bonus Points

Experience supporting a lifetime-deal, high-volume, or self-serve customer base.
Familiarity with Stripe, payment failures, or chargeback and dispute handling.
Experience creating help documentation or short video walkthroughs.
Any hands-on background in SEO, PR, content, or paid media.

What Success Looks Like

In your first 90 days you'll know our products well enough to answer most questions without escalating, you'll have cut our average first response time, and you'll be able to tell us exactly why customers churn and what we should do about it.
