RTD is currently seeking an experienced Project Manager for both above and below ground water and wastewater construction. You will be responsible for overseeing and managing the construction of various types of projects, including Pump Stations and Lift Stations, from start to finish. This is a leadership role that requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as extensive knowledge of construction techniques and management.

Project Manager Requirements:

Must have a minimum of 10 years’ relevant experience in both above and below ground water / wastewater public utility construction and infrastructure.
Have proven experience managing and supervising all aspects of construction projects, from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction blueprints and documents.
Experience overseeing RFIs, submittals, scheduling, change order processes and cost controls.
Have excellent leadership and supervisory skills with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Have in depth knowledge of construction principles and practices with a commitment to safety and a strict adherence to safety protocols.
Be able to effectively communicate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and various stakeholders at all levels to ensure smooth project execution.
