Senior Digital Marketing & Demand Generation Manager Fintech / Payments Experience

About i-payout i-payout is a global payments technology company providing payout and financial infrastructure for businesses that need to distribute funds to individuals and businesses around the world. Our clients and target markets include marketplaces, affiliate networks, gig and contractor platforms, direct selling organizations, insurance companies, creator platforms, clinical research organizations and other businesses managing high-volume domestic and international payouts. We are looking for an experienced digital marketer who understands that our objective is not simply generating website traffic or form submissions. Our objective is to generate qualified enterprise opportunities and measurable sales pipeline.

The Role: We are seeking a Senior Digital Marketing & Demand Generation Manager with direct experience in fintech, payments, banking, financial services technology, cross-border payments or payout infrastructure. This person will take ownership of i-payout's digital demand-generation strategy and execution. You will be responsible for building a measurable digital acquisition engine that connects: Marketing Spend → Qualified Lead → Meeting → Opportunity → Pipeline → Revenue. This is a hands-on role. We are looking for someone who can develop the strategy, execute it, analyze the results and continually improve performance. Key Responsibilities Paid Search / Google Ads

Own and optimize Google Ads and paid-search campaigns
Build campaigns around high-commercial-intent fintech and payout keywords
Identify and eliminate low-quality consumer and irrelevant traffic
Conduct weekly search-term analysis and aggressively maintain negative-keyword lists
Manage bidding, match types, campaign structure and budget allocation
Continuously test ad copy, offers and landing pages
Optimize toward qualified opportunities and pipeline rather than raw lead volume

Payment disbursement platforms
Marketplace payouts
Contractor payouts
Affiliate payments
Gig-worker payouts
Creator payouts
International payments infrastructure
High-volume business payouts

Demand Generation

Build and manage B2B demand-generation campaigns targeting enterprise prospects
Develop campaigns by vertical, use case and commercial intent
Create account- and industry-specific acquisition programs
Develop retargeting and remarketing strategies
Identify new paid and organic channels capable of producing qualified enterprise demand
Work closely with Sales to continually improve lead quality

HubSpot / Marketing Attribution

Own marketing attribution and campaign tracking
Ensure accurate source tracking from first touch through opportunity
Work with Sales to define and track MQLs, SQLs, meetings and opportunities
Build dashboards showing marketing contribution to sales pipeline
Identify which campaigns, keywords, landing pages and channels are generating revenue opportunities

SEO & Organic Search

Develop an SEO strategy focused on high-value fintech and payments searches
Improve i-Payout's visibility for commercial payout and payments terms
Develop comparison, industry and solution pages designed to capture high-intent buyers
Identify content gaps versus competitors
Improve organic visibility across traditional search engines and AI-powered search platforms

Landing Pages & Conversion Optimization

Develop and continuously improve campaign-specific landing pages
Conduct A/B testing of messaging, forms, CTAs and page structure
Reduce low-quality and consumer submissions
Improve conversion rates among qualified business buyers

LinkedIn & B2B Digital

Develop LinkedIn campaigns targeting relevant decision makers
Create campaigns for specific verticals and account segments
Test paid social, retargeting and account-based programs
Measure effectiveness based on qualified opportunities and pipeline

Performance MetricsSuccess in this position will primarily be measured by:

Qualified enterprise leads
Sales-accepted leads
Qualified meetings generated
Opportunities created
Pipeline generated
Cost per qualified lead
Cost per opportunity
Marketing-sourced revenue
Conversion rates through the marketing and sales funnel

Metrics such as impressions, clicks and raw form submissions are important diagnostic data, but they are not the primary measures of success. Required Experience Fintech or payments experience is mandatory. Candidates should have experience marketing products or services within one or more of the following:

Payments
Cross-border payments
Payout platforms
Payment processors

Embedded finance

Payment APIs
Financial SaaS

You should also have:

5+ years of B2B digital marketing or demand-generation experience
Demonstrated experience generating enterprise B2B pipeline
Strong hands-on Google Ads experience
Strong HubSpot experience
Experience with marketing attribution and CRM funnel reporting
SEO experience
Landing-page and conversion-optimization experience
LinkedIn advertising experience
Experience working directly with enterprise sales teams
Strong analytical skills and the ability to explain what is working, what is not and why
