Full Job Description

Miss A is looking for a full-time Jewelry, Hair & Fashion Accessories Buyer to join our expanding team at our Headquarters in Dallas, Texas! The Jewelry & Accessories Buyer will be responsible for curating, sourcing, and managing the product assortment across jewelry, hair and fashion accessories. This role requires a strong sense of fashion trends, vendor negotiation skills, and the ability to balance creativity with business goals.

Responsibilities:

· Research and identify current and emerging jewelry, hair and fashion accessories trends that align with our customer profile.

· Develop seasonal buying strategies and assortment plans to drive sales and profitability.

· Source, select, and negotiate with domestic and international vendors and suppliers.

· Manage product lifecycle including planning, forecasting, replenishment, and markdown strategy.

· Analyze sales performance, inventory levels, and margin targets to optimize assortment.

· Partner with merchandising, planning, marketing, and e-commerce teams to execute launches and campaigns.

· Ensure product quality, compliance, and on-time delivery.

· Travel to trade shows, vendor meetings, and markets as needed.

· Daily communication with Vendors, Designer and the Buying Director.

· 1st point of contact for all Inventory problems, questions, damages, requests, updates, and changes

· Create Purchase Orders

· Correct, change, and input all Inventory into system

· Update new products in the online system

· Create SKUs for new products and keep SKUs up to date

Requirements:

· 1-3 years of relevant experience in Sourcing, Buying and or Procurement

· Passion and eye for Jewelry, Hair and Fashion Accessories

· Exceptional organizational ability with strong Verbal, Written Communication & follow-up skills. Attention to detail is a MUST

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites, (excel, word, power point, and outlook)

· Must be comfortable working independently while receiving occasional coaching, supervision, and encouragement

· In office Full Time position

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to:

· Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer

· Periodic store visits required

· Must be able to walk and stand for extended periods of time
