Full Job Description

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Treasury Analyst at our Corporate Office in Dallas, TX.

TREASURY ANALYST - POSITION SUMMARY

The Treasury Analyst is responsible for supporting the company’s cash management, liquidity planning, banking relationships, and financial risk activities. This role ensures efficient management of daily cash operations, accurate forecasting, and adherence to internal controls and financial policies.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
Treasury Analyst: 2–4 years of relevant experience

Skills & Competencies

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Excel (cash modeling, data analysis, reporting)
Experience with Treasury Management Systems (e.g., Kyriba, GTreasury) preferred
Knowledge of banking platforms and payment systems
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Effective communication and collaboration abilities

Preferred Qualifications

Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation (or in progress)
Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite)
Understanding of financial instruments, debt, and liquidity strategies

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Cash Management & Liquidity

Monitor daily cash positions and ensure sufficient liquidity across all accounts
Execute cash transfers, wires, ACH transactions, and intercompany funding activities
Optimize cash concentration and banking structures
Maintain and monitor bank account balances and activity

Cash Forecasting & Reporting

Prepare and maintain short-term and long-term cash flow forecasts
Analyze variances between forecasted and actual cash flows
Produce regular treasury reports for leadership, including liquidity and cash trends
Identify opportunities to improve forecasting accuracy and processes

Banking & Relationship Management

Support relationships with banking partners and financial institutions
Assist with account openings, closures, and maintenance, including documentation (KYC, signatories, etc.)
Monitor bank fees and service performance, identifying cost-saving opportunities
Ensure compliance with bank covenants and requirements

Debt & Investment Support

Track debt schedules, interest payments, and compliance requirements
Assist with debt reporting and lender requests
Support short-term investment activities in accordance with company policy
Maintain documentation for financing arrangements

Controls & Compliance

Ensure adherence to treasury policies, internal controls, and audit requirements
Maintain proper documentation and approval processes for all transactions
Support internal and external audits related to treasury operations
Assist in fraud prevention and risk mitigation activities
Apply cybersecurity awareness to payment processes, including verification of wire instructions and monitoring for business email compromise (BEC) threats

Systems & Process Improvement

Utilize Treasury Management Systems (TMS) and banking platforms effectively
Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy
Support automation initiatives within treasury functions
Maintain data integrity in treasury systems and reports

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner with Accounting, FP&A, AP/AR, and other business units
Support month-end and year-end close activities as needed
Provide treasury-related insights to leadership and stakeholders
