Position

ACCOUNTING – BOOKKEEPER PT

Job Summary

Part-time entry-level bookkeeping position responsible for data entry, invoice processing, file management, and providing general administrative support to the Accounting Department.
We are seeking organized, detail-oriented, and motivated individuals who are eager to begin or grow their career in accounting within a collaborative team environment.
Work closely with the accounting team to support the Accounts Payable (A/P) process, helping to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and timely completion of all related tasks.

Education & Experience

High school diploma or equivalent required.
One or more years of office or administrative experience preferred, or post-secondary education with a concentration in accounting or a related field.
Experience with accounting and/or property management software is preferred but not required.

Skills & Qualifications

Responsibilities & Duties

Ensuring timely and accurate processing of payments on a weekly basis.
Communicating with corporate and field staff to share information and resolve issues as they arise.
Assist Accounting staff with electronic and in-person invoice retrieval for various office-related requests
Other projects assigned by a supervisor based on skills and accessibility

Education & Experience
