What You'll Do
As the Living Showroom Manager, you'll lead every aspect of the showroom while inspiring both your team and your community.
You'll be responsible for:
Leadership
- Coach, mentor, and develop a high-performing team
- Create a positive, energetic workplace culture
- Hold weekly team meetings
- Develop employees through training and accountability

Business Growth
- Drive monthly and annual sales goals
- Increase showroom traffic and community awareness
- Build relationships with healthcare providers, case managers, and referral partners
- Host educational events and product demonstrations
Customer Experience

Qualifications
- Leadership or management experience preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Experience coaching or developing employees
- Sales or business development experience
- Strong organizational skills
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and business software
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver's license
