Full Job Description

Are you a motivated self-starter eager to put your personality and energy to work on the phone? Eazzy Consulting, a growing business financing consultancy, is expanding its telemarketing team — and we’re looking for high-energy callers who love to dial. This is a phone-first role: you spark the interest, and our sales managers and consultants close the deal. You’ll work from company-provided leads, call lists, and scripts, with full training to hit the ground running — no closing and no prior finance background required. Immediate hires are being considered for this on-site (not remote) position based in Flushing, Queens.

From business funding and working capital to commercial real estate and investment property financing, we help clients find the right financial path for growth through our nationwide network of banks, private lenders, and funding partners.

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Telemarketer / Appointment Setter to join our team. This is a dialing-focused role: you’ll contact business owners, entrepreneurs, and investors by telephone, introduce our financing solutions, and pre-qualify their funding needs. When a prospect is interested, you hand them off to our sales managers and consultants, who take the deal to the finish line. The ideal candidate loves the phone, thrives on call volume, and gets energy from turning a cold hello into a warm handoff.

Responsibilities:

Make 200–300+ outbound calls per day to business owners from company-provided leads, call lists, and scripts
Deliver the pitch, spark interest, and pre-qualify each prospect’s funding needs — working capital, business funding, commercial real estate, and investment property financing
Hand off interested prospects to our sales managers and consultants — they close the deal, you keep dialing
Schedule callbacks and follow up with warm leads to keep the pipeline full
Log every call and track outcomes in our CRM system
Hit daily call-volume and weekly qualified-lead targets

Requirements:

1+ year of experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or a similar phone-based sales role (required)
Excellent communication, listening, and persuasion skills
Clear, confident phone presence — able to follow a script, handle objections, and keep the energy up call after call
Tech-savvy and comfortable navigating CRMs and spreadsheets
Self-motivated, competitive, and resilient — able to handle rejection and stay focused on results
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Bilingual English/Mandarin/Korean/Spanish a plus
No finance background required — full training provided

Compensation: $17.00/hour base plus uncapped commissions and bonuses on the deals your calls generate — when a lead you hand off gets funded, you get paid. The more you dial, the more you earn.
