Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic Violin Instructor to join our team at JSE Music Education. This role is essential in guiding students through their musical journey, helping them develop their skills and express their creativity. The position will involve teaching various music disciplines in a supportive environment that encourages artistic growth.

Responsibilities

Deliver engaging and effective music instruction tailored to individual student needs.
Manage classroom dynamics to create a positive learning environment.
Develop and implement curriculum plans that align with students' goals and abilities.
Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback.
Encourage creativity and self-expression through various teaching methods.
Foster a love for music by incorporating performance opportunities into lessons.
Collaborate with faculty to enhance the overall educational experience for students.

Qualifications

Proven experience in teaching music or related fields, with a focus on individual instruction.
Strong classroom management skills to maintain an effective learning atmosphere.
Experience working with students of varying ages and skill levels.
Ability to develop engaging curricula that inspire student creativity.
Background in early childhood education is a plus but not required.
Passion for music education and commitment to student success.
