Are you a seasoned front desk professional with experience in medical, beauty, hospitality, or a client-focused industry? Our renowned Skin Clinic, with locations in NYC, Bronx, and White Plains, is seeking a highly skilled and professional Front Desk Coordinator to join our team!

Position Details:

Title: Front Desk / Patient Experience Coordinator
Employment Type: Full-Time
Start Date: Immediate

Key Responsibilities:

Be the first point of contact for patients, delivering a warm, professional, and high-end client experience.
Manage high-volume calls, schedule appointments efficiently, and respond to inquiries with professionalism.
Handle patient check-in/check-out, insurance verification, and payment processing.
Maintain smooth office workflow and assist medical staff in coordinating patient care.
Assist with administrative tasks, supply management, and marketing support as needed.

Must Have Experience & Qualifications:

Will only consider candidates with minimum 2+ years of uninterrupted experience in a medical office front desk role or busy direct client interactions environment
Exceptional verbal communication skills – Ability to clearly and professionally articulate information to customers..
Active listening & empathy to understand client needs.
Efficient appointment scheduling & problem-solving.
Ability to handle high call volumes while maintaining a calm, courteous tone.
Strong multitasking skills to manage calls, bookings, and inquiries.
Experience in de-escalation to handle client concerns with care.
Excellent written communication and marketing abilities
Tech-savvy with advanced computer skills
Availability to work some weekends
Must be able to travel between Riverdale, White Plains, and NYC

Good to Have Qualifications:

Strong knowledge of EMR software and practice management systems
Background in dermatology, aesthetics, or a similar field is a plus
Medical Assistant or Certified Biller experience welcomed
Spanish language skills are a plus
