Role Overview
We’re seeking a Marketing Specialist who can help elevate Kaliber’s brand presence, drive strategic marketing initiatives, and support customer acquisition and community engagement goals. This role blends creative strategy, digital marketing, analytics, and storytelling to attract residents, partners, and prospects across both digital and traditional channels.
Responsibilities
Brand & Content Strategy
- Help develop and implement marketing plans that support company goals across all business units.
- Create compelling content for digital platforms (social media, email campaigns, website updates, blogs).
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual standards.
Digital & Social Marketing
- Manage social media posting schedules and community engagement.
- Monitor performance metrics and recommend optimizations.
- Assist with digital advertising campaigns and tracking ROI.
Community & Resident Engagement
- Support local marketing initiatives for individual communities and RV parks.
- Help plan and promote events, open houses, and resident programs.
Lead Generation & Analytics
- Track and report marketing performance metrics and analytics.
- Assist with planning campaigns that generate qualified leads for property rentals and home sales.
- Work with CRM systems and marketing automation tools to nurture prospects.
Cross‑Team Collaboration
- Partner with operations, sales, property management, and leadership to align marketing with business priorities.
- Coordinate with external partners (vendors, agencies, photographers, etc.) as needed.
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience) preferred but not required.
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or related roles.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
- Ability to multitask and manage projects with attention to detail.
Preferred
- Experience in real estate, property management, housing, or community marketing.
- Familiarity with analytics platforms (Google Analytics, CRM systems, etc.).

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
