We take all of it off the table, A to Z, so you can do the only two things that actually grow your income.
Every rep we send you has already been through our system before they reach your team. We run a thorough hiring process, put them through pro sales training, and walk them through a mandatory onboarding so they show up prepared, bought in, and ready to work, not green and guessing. You're not handed warm bodies. You're handed people we've already invested in.
And once a blitz is running, we handle the rest: payroll, the lodging, the rental cars, the leads, the territory mapping, the planning, the promotions, and the culture that keeps your people locked in. You don't book a flight, cut a check, or map a single street. You sell like crazy, you build your team, and you collect on both. That's the whole job.
The Role: Blitz Leader
As a Blitz Leader, you run the field. You set the tone at the 8:30 AM team meeting, assign reps specific territories, coach the pitch, and drop reps in their first doors. You produce alongside your team and you develop the recruits we feed you into closers in their own right. This is the Captain track. It's where personal production meets team building, and where the real money lives.
How the Money Works: Personal Sales Plus Overrides
Most jobs cap you at what you can personally sell. We don't. Once you're leading, you earn on every install your team produces, on top of your own personal sales. Two income streams instead of one. That override is the engine: the bigger and better your team produces, the more you earn without knocking a single extra door. Here's the ladder:
- Legionnaire: roughly $213K and up annually from your own doors
- Captain: roughly $263K and up annually, personal sales plus team override
- Rank above Captain: it exists. Earn the right to see it.
We keep the exact commission and override figures for the conversation, not the ad, but the full breakdown is laid out plainly the moment we talk and there's nothing hidden in it. These are realistic ranges, not promises. What you earn tracks directly with how well you lead and produce.
The Path Is Earned, Not Given
We don't hand out titles. Every rank is earned by production, and the requirements are transparent from day one. You promote to Legionnaire at 150 lifetime personal installs, and to Captain at 350 lifetime personal installs plus two personal recruits who complete a blitz. If you've got the track record, you won't be starting at the bottom, but you will earn your overrides by proving you can lead.
The 10-On / 10-Off Blitz Model
Our work happens in blitzes, a 12-day window built around 10 full work days, then you're fully off. Travel in on day one and you're on the doors by mid-morning. Days two through eight are seven consecutive work days with an 8:30 AM sharp start, a mid-day swing to recover, and back out until the doors close. Day nine is a team day plus the Fiber 5 team event, then you finish strong and travel home. After that you're off completely. No meetings, no check-ins, total disconnection until the next blitz. Half the year locked in, half the year yours. For the right leader, that's the best deal in sales.

We don't hire resumes. We hire character and a track record. You've got 2 to 3 years of sales experience, ideally in door-to-door, telecom, solar, or another high-commission field. You want to recruit, develop, and lead a team, not just hit your own number. Your ego's under control, you take feedback and apply it instantly, and you want both yourself and your team at the top of the board. You can run a 10-day grind and bring people with you because you know the payoff is real.
