Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our dynamic vacation rental and residential leasing teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth for the company. This position requires a mix of strategic thinking, market expertise, and excellent communication skills. As a key member of our team, you will play an instrumental role in expanding our market presence and growing our portfolio of real estate assets, partnerships, and investments.

Key Responsibilities

Market Analysis & Strategy Development

Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and the competitive landscape within the real estate sector.
Develop and execute business development strategies to increase the company’s market share and revenue.
Identify and target new business opportunities, including acquisitions, investments, and partnerships.

Client Relationship Management

Establish, maintain, and expand relationships with key stakeholders, including property owners, investors, developers, brokers, and industry professionals.
Understand clients’ needs and objectives to deliver tailored real estate solutions.
Negotiate contracts and close deals in alignment with company goals and values.

Sales & Lead Generation

Drive lead generation efforts through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
Present and pitch real estate management opportunities to prospective clients and partners.
Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads and business opportunities.

Project Coordination & Collaboration

Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, legal, and operations, to ensure smooth execution of deals and projects.
Manage due diligence processes to ensure timely execution and compliance with all regulations.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and reports to senior management and clients.
Other duties as assigned by management and ownership directly related to the Business Development position based on changes in property management industry.

Performance Tracking & Reporting

Track and report on key business development metrics, including lead generation, conversion rates, and revenue growth.
Analyze and evaluate the performance of business development initiatives and adjust strategies accordingly.

Qualifications & Skills

Skills

Strong understanding of real estate market trends and business development practices.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Negotiation and contract management expertise.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM software, Propertyware, etc.).
Highly organized with strong project management skills.
