This multi-faceted firm is committed to providing individuals, families, and small businesses with comprehensive financial services including: 1) Financial Planning 2) Fee-only investment management and 3) Life insurance and annuities. MRB Capital Group integrates these services to offer unique and tailored financial guidance to its clients.
We utilize Schwab custodial services for all investment management needs and work through a wholesaler that provides access to 60+ insurance companies. Our goal and priority are to provide our clients with holistic financial support to meet their financial goals.
Financial Planning and Investment Management services are fee-only, while Insurance products are commission-based (paid by insurance companies, not our clients).

What is an independent financial advisor? A remote role where the advisor is offers financial planning, managing investments, providing financial advice, assisting clients with retirement planning, and providing life insurance advice and products. As an independent advisor, you will be responsible for prospecting your clients and building your book of business, with support from marketing and advertising campaigns generated to compliment your efforts.

Responsibilities:
- Serve as an advisor to new and existing clients of the firm
- Manage your business – as an independent Advisor you will be responsible for generating prospect leads, closing sales, and managing your client relationships
- Operate as a fiduciary to your clients – learn their complete financial situation, financial goals, and risk tolerance, and other suitable information needed to develop financial plans, offer investment advice and insurance products
- Inform, educate, and solicit investment prospect referrals networks (CPAs and tax professionals, estate attorneys, etc.)
- Represent MRB Capital Group with professionalism and compliance while making our clients priority #1
Requirements:
- Must be located within the United States
- Possess a true desire to help others achieve their financial goals
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Strong communications skills for lead generation and working with prospects, clients, coworkers, vendors, and networks
Education, Training & Experience:
- Active FINRA Series 65 license required (or Series 7/66 combination or C.F.P designation)
- 4+ years relevant industry experience preferred
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Ability to acquire and manage minimum AUM/Revenue thresholds within 12 months of production
- Certified Financial Planning designation (or other industry certifications and training) preferred
MRB Capital Group offers its remote advisors back-office support including:
- Compliance including FINRA Investment Advisor Representative registration processing and fees
- Errors & Omissions (E&O) insurance
- Custodial/wholesale platform service and assistance that include trading, fee billing, reporting, client and advisor access logins, and more
- Marketing including Social media campaigns, website lead generation, and advertising campaigns. Each advisor benefits from SEO/AEO campaigns designed to generate lead traffic to individual advisor pages.

MRB Capital Group Benefits:
- This is NOT a salaried position – compensation is derived from fee revenue and bonuses.
- Advisor’s compensation includes above average industry payout splits
- A simple payout structure that is NOT based on account types, product types, minimum AUM valuations, etc.
- Production threshold bonuses available – AUM and insurance premium revenue bonuses
Pay: $1.00 - $500,000.00 per year
