Job Description and Duties

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team at the California Department of Veterans Affairs (CalVet). This position is located in the Customer Support Section for Information Services.

The incumbent provides supervision and technical direction to the PC Support/Help Desk Supervisors throughout the California Department of Veterans Affairs (CalVet) enterprise, including project leadership for technology planning activities, and performs the most complex planning, conducting, and implementing of information technology projects. The duties for this position are focused in the Client Services and Business Technology Management domain; however, the incumbent may be assigned in the other domains as needed.
