With locations in Ladera Ranch, Corona del Mar, and Encinitas, California, we provide personalized, results-driven care designed to enhance longevity, vitality, body composition, and natural beauty. Position Overview

We are seeking a Functional / Regenerative Medicine Provider (NP, PA, or ND) to deliver comprehensive patient care in hormone replacement therapy, peptide therapy, weight optimization, and regenerative services. This is a full-time, on-site position based at both the Corona del Mar and Ladera Ranch locations.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive patient consultations and functional assessments
Perform and document Good Faith Exams (GFE) in compliance with California regulations
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Prescribe and manage female and male hormone replacement therapy (within scope)
Clear and oversee multi-peptide protocols
Manage medical weight optimization programs
Participate in regenerative services, including stem cell–based and exosome-related therapies (in-clinic)
Perform blood draws (required)
Administer IV therapy (required)
Maintain accurate, compliance-driven documentation and medical records
Educate patients on longevity, wellness, and optimization strategies

Qualifications

Active and valid NP, PA, or ND license in California
Strong experience in Functional or Regenerative Medicine
Advanced knowledge of HRT, peptides, and metabolic optimization
Experience with medical weight programs preferred
Familiarity with stem cell and exosome-related therapies preferred
Experience performing and documenting Good Faith Exams (required)
Willingness to perform blood draws and IV therapy (required)
Strong consultation and patient education skills
Ability to thrive in a luxurious clinical environment
Growth-minded, collaborative, and leadership-driven

Growth & Opportunity

This role offers strong aesthetic crossover potential, allowing providers to expand both clinical impact and earning capacity. Providers who bring an established book of patients may be eligible for a sign-on bonus based on active patient volume and transition.

We are looking for a provider who is confident in their clinical skills and excited to help grow and build our regenerative and optimization programs. Participation in outreach, educational events, and marketing initiatives is highly valued.
