Property Manager

Hourly

$15.00 - $17.00 per Hour

Schedule

Monday - Thursday from (9:00 AM to 5:00 PM), Friday 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM

Qualifications

High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Property Management: 2 years (Preferred)

Full Job Description

Essential Job Functions

Accountable for the day-to-day property operations
Enter all property work orders and receipts into Buildium
Ensure that all maintenance work orders are completed timely and at a high- quality level.
Perform tours and apartment inspections
Certify applicants and perform all recertifications on existing residents
Complete all property and housing reports by deadline
Screen applicants and make recommendations for approvals
Collect rent and make bank runs as needed
Market apartment complex on social media and other platforms
Supervise the entire on-site staff including but not limited to Maintenance Tech and Contractors.
Conduct weekly meetings with leasing and maintenance staff
Obtain bids for all contract services and oversee projects
