Full Job Description

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dependable and organized Office Administrator to help support daily office operations. This position is responsible for answering phones, assisting customers, scheduling, data entry, filing, billing support, and general administrative tasks.

The ideal candidate is friendly, detail-oriented, comfortable using a computer, and able to manage multiple tasks in a busy office environment.

Responsibilities:

Answer phones and direct calls as needed.
Greet customers, vendors, and visitors.
Schedule appointments, meetings, or service requests.
Respond to emails and basic customer questions.
Enter customer, job, vendor, or payment information.
Maintain organized paper and digital files.
Prepare forms, letters, reports, labels, and other documents.
Assist with invoices, payments, receipts, and deposits.
Follow up on unpaid invoices or missing paperwork.
Order and track office supplies.
Scan, copy, and organize documents.
Support managers and team members with daily administrative tasks.
Help keep the office organized and running efficiently.

Requirements:

Previous office, administrative, or customer service experience preferred.
Strong communication and phone skills.
Basic computer skills, including email, spreadsheets, and data entry.
Organized and detail-oriented.
Able to prioritize tasks and follow through.
Professional, friendly, and dependable.
Comfortable working with customers, vendors, and employees.
Ability to maintain confidentiality with company and customer information.

Schedule:

Full Time.
Monday- Friday.
7:30-4:30.

Pay:

Pay based on experience $15-$18 per hour.
