Job Summary

The position we are looking to fill is a 1099 licensed life insurance agent however the mission behind our organization is much bigger than life insurance. We are a wealth distribution agency focused on helping individual families become more financially independent, secure and abundant. Life insurance is the foundational financial tool behind what we do, however our systems are built around helping individuals scale their wealth and take ownership over their time.

We are looking for committed individuals who are passionate about personal development and impacting their communities. In this role, you will actively engage with prospective clients through outside sales efforts, providing tailored insurance solutions that meet their unique needs. We have a platform and system designed to empower individual agents to service families while building a personal brand and agency within the platform. We are focused on helping individual agents go from brand new to agency builder and owner. Our vision is to empower agents to build a source of income to fund their life vision. We are aware that money and finance can be a major barrier for most people when it comes to achieving their dreams, so we have built our entire system and platform around solving this very problem.

Responsibilities

Conduct outside sales activities to identify and attract new clients interested in life insurance products.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through personalized client communication and exceptional service.
Present comprehensive insurance options, including life, some health and annuity, ensuring that clients understand their benefits and coverage details.
Negotiate policy terms and premiums to align with client needs while adhering to insurance regulations.
Manage sales administration tasks using CRM systems to track leads, follow-ups, and policy details efficiently.
Analyze client information and market trends to recommend suitable insurance solutions that maximize benefits for clients.
Stay informed about industry updates, insurance regulation changes, and product offerings to provide accurate advice and maintain compliance.

Qualifications

We are committed to teaching and training new agents. Below, are skills that will help a new agent succeed within our platform, however our systems are dedicated to help new agents develop these skills.

Experience in sales with a focus on customer relationship building.
Negotiation skills combined with excellent communication abilities (Bilingual or multilingual welcomed)
Knowledge of life insurance, annuities and other financial systems and tools to help educated clientele and new agents
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems for sales tracking and client management.
Demonstrated analysis skills to evaluate client needs and tailor insurance solutions accordingly.
Familiarity with insurance regulation standards and benefits administration processes.
Exceptional customer service skills with a proactive approach to client engagement and support.
