**Job Summary** We are seeking a highly skilled and attentive Server to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, handle food and beverage orders efficiently, and maintain a clean and welcoming environment for all guests. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy working in the food industry, have experience with cash registers and POS systems, and are looking for a fast-paced and rewarding position. **Responsibilities** - Take orders from guests, ensuring accuracy and prompt delivery of food and beverages - Manage cash register and POS system with ease, handling payments and operating efficiently - Prepare and serve food and beverages in accordance with menu items and customer preferences - Maintain a clean and organized dining area, ensuring a positive guest experience - Utilize OpenTable or other reservation systems to manage reservations and seating - Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction and loyalty - Handle cash and credit transactions, making change as necessary - Work effectively in a high-pressure environment, meeting the demands of a busy kitchen and dining area - Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and food preparation methods - Comply with food handling and safety regulations, ensuring a clean and safe environment for guests - Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food and beverages - Maintain a positive and professional attitude, contributing to a welcoming and inviting atmosphere - Perform additional duties as required, such as opening or closing shifts **Requirements** - Previous experience in the food service industry, preferably in a nightclub or restaurant setting - Strong knowledge of food preparation methods and kitchen operations - Ability to lift and carry heavy trays and equipment - Proficiency with cash registers and POS systems - Basic math skills to handle cash transactions and operate the register - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of energy and attention to detail - Familiarity with OpenTable or other reservation systems - Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends - Compliance with food handling and safety regulations - A positive and professional attitude, with a commitment to providing exceptional guest experiences
