Full Job Description

Are you someone who loves keeping things organized, helping people, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks?

At Serena Sleep, the work we do helps people breathe better and sleep better. We’re a growing medical device company that believes great customer experiences start with a team that feels supported, trusted, and set up to succeed.

What You’ll Do

You’ll help keep both our customers and our team moving. This role combines customer support, order coordination, and light administrative responsibilities, so you’ll spend your day solving problems, keeping details organized, and making sure important tasks don’t get missed.

Customer & Order Support

· Enter and manage customer orders

· Support customers by phone and email

· Handle invoicing, billing, and shipping coordination

· Help resolve questions, changes, and day-to-day customer needs

QuickBooks & Administrative Support

· Enter purchase orders and vendor bills

· Support accounts payable and keep vendor records accurate

· Assist with inventory and purchasing

· Pull basic sales, inventory, and customer reports

· Help with general office and administrative tasks

People & HR Support

· Review employee timecards

· Review and approve PTO requests

· Help coordinate PTO coverage plans

· Post open positions and screen resumes

· Conduct occasional phone interviews

· Support light day-to-day HR administration

QuickBooks or similar accounting/ERP experience is strongly preferred. Customer service, administrative, or HR support experience is helpful, but we’re willing to train the right person.
