Hiring: Office Coordinator

Location: Lithia Springs, GA 30122 (100% Onsite)

Pay Rate: $26–$28/hour (W2)

Duration: 6-Month Contract (Contract-to-Hire Opportunity)

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Coordinator to oversee the daily operations of a busy office and distribution center environment. This is a highly visible role where you'll serve as the first point of contact for visitors, support executive meetings, coordinate office operations, and help create an efficient and welcoming workplace.

Key Responsibilities

Manage office supplies, breakroom inventory, coffee, shipping materials, and workplace resources.
Create and process purchase orders (POs) and manage invoices and expense reports.
Coordinate vendor orders, deliveries, and office maintenance requests.
Welcome visitors and coordinate arrivals with security.
Reserve conference rooms and support executive meetings with catering, refreshments, and meeting setup.
Assist with presentations, meeting preparation, and documentation when needed.
Coordinate office events, employee engagement activities, and community outreach initiatives.
Maintain office organization, records, and administrative documentation.
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements as required.
Support onboarding activities for new employees.
Work closely with operations and distribution center leadership to support office and operational needs.
Track engagement activities and prepare reports for leadership.
Prioritize multiple tasks while adapting to changing business needs.

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma required.
3+ years of experience in an Office Coordinator, Office Administrator, Administrative Coordinator, Facilities Coordinator, or similar administrative role.
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business is preferred.
Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Professional, customer-focused, and comfortable interacting with executives, employees, and visitors.
Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
Demonstrates initiative, ownership, and sound judgment.

Preferred Skills

Experience supporting office operations within a warehouse or distribution center environment.
Event planning and coordination experience.
Vendor management and purchase order processing.
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

PAY TRANSPARENCY POLICY STATEMENT

Compensation for roles at Suna Solutions varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific client, office or remote location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by local law, Suna Solutions provides a reasonable pay scale to include the hourly or salary range that Suna Solutions reasonably expects to pay for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York City or Washington as set forth below.

Pay: $26.00 - $28.00 per hour
