Chef Geoff's is launching an exciting new location at 111 Mass Ave. and we're seeking an experienced General Manager to lead this venture from the ground up—starting NOW. This is a rare opportunity to shape a new restaurant's culture, operations, and success before we open the doors.

As part of a locally loved restaurant group with established locations across the DC metro area, we take pride in serving high-quality dishes, craft cocktails, and unforgettable dining experiences. Our new location at 111 Mass Ave will be a flagship—and we want a leader who will help us build it right.

What You'll Do

As General Manager, you'll be the heartbeat of our new location, overseeing all aspects of operations, including:

Building and leading a high-performing team from hiring through opening and beyond
Designing service standards and operational systems that reflect our brand excellence
Driving sales and profitability while managing costs and operational budgets
Enhancing guest experience and building strong community relationships
Managing private events and growing catering opportunities
Ensuring seamless daily operations and upholding brand standards across all services

Who You Are

A hospitality-driven leader with 4+ years of GM experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant
Preferred: Experience opening new restaurants or managing pre-opening launches
Passionate about creating memorable guest experiences and elevating dining culture
A strong communicator and team motivator with proven leadership capability
Proven ability to drive sales, control costs, and maximize profitability
A problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
