Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee & drive the daily operations, standards and behaviors. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Restaurant management, possess excellent leadership skills, and have a passion for delivering exceptional guest service. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of all restaurant activities, managing staff, and maintaining high standards of food quality and service.

Role's we are interviewing for:

Assistant General Manager / AGM (Previous GM or AGM experience)- Mentored by & Reports to the MP/GM. Learning the role and responsibilities of the MP/GM. Continuously improves operations through great staffing, training, and development, ensuring that our systems, methods, and tools are utilized. Ensuring that all brand standards are upheld, that our brand and company are protected. The AGM’s suggestions and recommendations as to the hiring, firing, advancement, promotion, or any other change of status of other employees is respected and taken into consideration.

Training Coordinator Assistant Manager - Responsible for the staffing (interviewing and hiring), training and development of all team members (Head of Training). In conjunction with the MP/GM and AGM, the TC oversees the operation of the restaurant, the timely preparation and presentation of food, and ensures legendary service to all guests, staff, and vendors. The TC’s suggestions and recommendations as to the hiring, firing, advancement, promotion, or any other change of status of other employees is respected and taken into consideration.

Assistant Manager - In conjunction with the MP/GM, AGM and TC, the AM is directly responsible for the interviewing, hiring, and training of all employees, forecasting, scheduling and reconciling in house and to-go sales and productivity, oversees the operation of the restaurant and is specifically responsible for ensuring the behaviors related to food safety, health and sanitation procedures, and all facets of customer service related support and recovery. The AM is managing a customarily recognized department or subdivision of the enterprise, in conjunction with the AGM the AM is also responsible forall employees which there are never less than 10 and on average 14 employees during operating hours. The AM’s suggestions and recommendations as to the hiring, firing, advancement, promotion, or any other change of status of other employees is respected and taken into consideration.
