Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team! Duties

Respond promptly and courteously to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person using multi-line phone systems and other communication tools
Provide detailed product or service information, troubleshoot issues, and offer solutions to enhance customer satisfaction
Manage front desk responsibilities including greeting visitors, handling incoming calls, and directing clients to appropriate departments
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions through data entry into spreadsheets and customer relationship management (CRM) software such as QuickBooks or similar platforms
Assist with office management tasks such as filing, calendar management, scheduling appointments, and organizing documents to ensure operational efficiency
Support administrative functions including proofreading correspondence, preparing reports using productivity software like Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), and managing office supplies
Collaborate with team members to improve workflows, streamline processes, and enhance overall office productivity while demonstrating excellent organizational skills

Qualifications

Proven experience in customer service or front desk roles with strong clerical and administrative skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and familiarity with spreadsheets for data management
Technical proficiency with computer literacy including data entry, proofreading, filing systems, and office management software
Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally across diverse audiences; bilingual abilities are a plus
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Experience using multi-line phone systems and familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software preferred
Demonstrated time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively while maintaining high productivity levels
Previous office experience including personal assistant or clerical roles is highly desirable
