Full Job Description

Millennium Spine & Joint is seeking an energetic, motivated, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is driven by achieving goals. If you have a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and are passionate about making a difference in patients' lives, we'd love to meet you!

Responsibilities

Answer inbound and make outbound calls to prospective and existing patients.
Educate patients on our services and treatment options.
Schedule consultations and appointments while maintaining a high conversion rate.
Follow up with leads in a timely and professional manner.
Build rapport with patients and provide exceptional customer service.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly scheduling and sales goals.
Maintain accurate patient records and notes in our CRM system.
Handle patient questions, concerns, and objections with confidence and professionalism.
Work closely with providers and other team members to ensure an outstanding patient experience.
Assist with additional office duties as needed to support clinic growth.

Qualifications

Bilingual in English and Spanish.
Previous experience in sales, customer service, call center, or healthcare is preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven.
Comfortable speaking with patients over the phone and in person.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
Flexible schedule with no scheduling limitations.
Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
